Due to open late September / early October 2010, The Fox Poker Club is due to be a welcome addition on the London Poker scene. The club is to be located in a prime location near chinatown in the heart of the west end on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Greek Street. Set to be an upmarket club with luxurious surroundings it is intended for serious poker players not wanting the distractions of a casino. This is planned to be one of the biggest card rooms in the country and will host high stakes lo-limit cash games and will be the location for some major televised tournaments. It is still set to be solely a poker club although there will be 20 slot machines around the club and a bar and kitchen area serving hot food and alcoholic drinks.

With a management team having experience within organisations such as Gala, Ladbrokes and Harrahs the club is set to interest many people in the area. Plans are also in progress for opening similar clubs in Birmingham and Bournemouth.
