The Equal chance is a comfortable members club with a dedicated following of locals. They offer a wide variety of games in a friendly and relaxed environment.

As well as Poker you can also play Pool, Backgammon, Chess, Kalooki and Scrabble, browse the internet or play online in their cyber cafe. You can also sit back and enjoy the sports on the various large screen TV's, or play the game machines.

Regular nightly Poker tournaments are held including a weekly beginers night and a tempting and increasingly busy monthly £200 game with optional £100 addon and 10,000 starting chips. Full details are given below.

There is a licensed bar on the premises and the car park has visible security.

For membership, fill out the application form at the club and bring along photo ID and a utility bill - there's no charge.

All tournaments start at 8pm and are dealer dealt.

Mondays
£5000 average prize pool.
£50 Double chance with 1 optional £25 addon.
5,000 starting chips and 5,000 addon chips
Last weeks prize pool was £6500.

Tuesdays
Beginners Night £5 rebuy - unlimited rebuys for first hour.

Wednesdays
£40 Double Chance with 1 optional £20 addon.
4,000 starting chips and 4,000 addon chips.

Thursdays
£33 1 table satelites for £200 main event.

Fridays
£60 Double Chance with 1 optional £30 addon.
6,000 starting chips and 6,000 addon chips.

Saturdays:
£10 Treble chance with 2 optional rebuys for first hour.

Sundays:
£50 freezeout with 5,000 starting chips.
£500 added to prize pool.

Specials:

Monthly main event is £200 with optional £100 addon.
10,000 starting chips and 10,000 addon chips.
45 minute clock 2 day event.
Next event Friday 2nd May and Saturday 3rd May.
