Situated in the Millennium Hotel, just two minutes walk from the Gloucester Road tube station, this modern casino is a far cry from the Gentleman's club style of many of the 5 star casinos in London. Grosvenor Casinos want you to have a fun night out until the early hours.
The restaurant offers a large choice of traditional dishes and there's a selection of snacks at the bar. These areas also have the latest sports on the plasma screens and touch screen guides on how to play for novice gamblers. There's also live entertainment on selected nights.
The games are spread over 73 stations and include American and Automatic Roulette, Blackjack (with Royal Match and 21+3 side bet games), 3 Card Poker, Super Stud Poker, Punto Banco, Let it Ride and of course plenty of Slot Machines.
New members to the club are given a tour of the building and a complimentary drink as well as a £5 match play on the slots and a 2 for 1 offer for their next visit to the restaurant.

I have been to your casino recently. it was 4 o'clock in the morning. we weren\'t informed that we were not gonna served any alcohol by your ignorant a member of staff. moreover i have received a warning letter that we have been banned by you. as a person who has been visiting you for ages, i have been completely shocked. let me give you some advice that the member of your staff doesn't speak any english that i have been literally puzzled and you should educate him how to behave customers. you are the massive company that how come that you allow any person working for you who is cheeky and doesn\'t speak any english and how to treat cusmomers. mr manager(tony birch general manager) you think that i do care!... however, as a regular customer of you; i really feel shame that such a big company that don't know how to eliminate their employee. should be shame on you...
