I like the place,friendly table staff but have to say it has some of the most rude and unhelpful bar staff and waiter/esses I have had to deal with in any other casino.
Apart from that the place is professionaly run although a free 500 pounds on entry would be a nice touch too :)

Very nice establishment. agreed other than the dealers, everyone else could not be bothered about the customers.
Worst place in London to play poker as you have to play under casino rules because Gala could not be bothered to invest in a separate poker room. So play there but leave all your poker gear at home. THIS IS NOT A POKER ROOM, JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR GALA TO MAKE MONEY!!
