Pai Gow Poker is a great casino game which is an interesting combination of Poker and the ancient Chinese game of Pai Gow. It's the only card game at Absolute Slots that uses a deck of 53 cards - the 53rd card is the Joker.
You're playing against the dealer and be competing for the highest poker hands. You'll both receive 7 cards each, but the dealer's cards won't be revealed until you've sorted your cards into a 5 card Highest hand and a 2 card Second Highest hand. If both your hands are higher than the dealer's two hands then you've won. If you win one hand but lose the other the game is considered a push and your bet is returned.
If you're dealt the Joker you can only use it to complete a Straight, Flush, Straight Flush or Royal Flush. However, the Joker has equal value to an Ace if it's used in conjunction with other Aces, so you can use it to make a pair of Aces.
